I can't download any version ... have aktivate internet explorer (and it works), have resett my hosts file and deaktivate Adblocker. Only white screen.

Most likely you have deactivated TLS 1.2 on OS level (Control panel >> Internet settings).

Blank screen could also be caused by a missing IE or .NET updates.

There was also one single case where starting the downloader with admin privileges fixed it.
