Jan Krohn Posted February 16, 2018 Posted February 16, 2018 Most likely you have deactivated TLS 1.2 on OS level (Control panel >> Internet settings). Blank screen could also be caused by a missing IE or .NET updates. There was also one single case where starting the downloader with admin privileges fixed it. Quote
