June 15, 20186 yr I don't really think that it makes a real difference which one you download. Both downloads can install Win 7 both with an upgrade key as well as a full version key. Since generation of Win 7 Pro download links is still throttled, I decided to put both versions into the list so that chances would increase that at least one of the links can be made available.
June 15, 20186 yr I've downloaded Windows 7 Pro SP1 Upgrade X64 French, and the SHA1 is f9f0512f7ca5e2cd1502a41f6e88d80f4655bbcd wich is the same than Windows 7 Pro SP1 X64 French. So yes, I can confirm they are the same.
