Hi, When I tried to download Excel 2010 TechG, I got an error: This file is currently unavailable. Please check again later. I've read the FAQ and enabled idle resource donation, but when I tried again, still the same error. If anyone know how to get that file, please post it here.

Keep trying. Unfortunately there's only one single product key for Excel 2010 that has to fulfil all download requests.

It works just the other way around: If you keep requesting the file, it will be made available.

There was indeed a server issue with this download. 

Sorry about that. It's fixed now. It might take a few hours to catch up with download requests, and generate and cache download links, but it will definitely available very soon.
