jvidal Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 Version 7.10 adds -allegedly- support for win10 1809, but it doesn't work. The links are not available. Why add support for something that has not been released yet? Quote
jeff3733 Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I am running into the same things as you jvidal. I have try older version of the software still having the same issue Quote

Jan Krohn Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 1809 is supposed to be released today. Once MS uploads the files, they will be available on the downloader, and the 404 message will go away. If you don't like this process, next March I could block the downloads for 1903 until it's confirmed that they are released. In case that's in the middle of the night for me, you're gonna receive the downloads a few hours late, instead of getting 404 errors for a few hours prior to the release. Quote
SnowBall Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 The official Media Creation Tool: https://software-download.microsoft.com/download/pr/MediaCreationTool1809.exe Quote
Jan Krohn Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 Thanks. This should be a good alternative for everyone who can't wait for the full iso image. Quote
jvidal Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 Thanks, all I'm saying is that the tool with support for the latest version should be released only after the latest version is available, otherwise you get a 404 error when trying to download... Quote
Jan Krohn Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I'm hearing you. Next March, downloads will remain blocked until after the release of 1903. Quote
jvidal Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 BTW, the links from within the tool are still giving a 404 error (even after RS5 has been -supposedly- officially released) Quote
Jan Krohn Posted October 2, 2018 Posted October 2, 2018 I don't think that the ISO images have been officially released. Quote
jvidal Posted October 2, 2018 Author Posted October 2, 2018 but the tool offers them...see, that's what I'm talking about... Quote
erpster9 Posted November 6, 2018 Posted November 6, 2018 (edited) the original 1809 downloads are still available with the latest Windows ISO Downloader tool but now has a Warning message next to it because Microsoft found numerous problems with the 1809 release (seems like MS really rushed this version) and has temporarily halted offering them on their web site Edited November 6, 2018 by erpster9 Quote
erpster9 Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Microsoft has re-released the 1809 ISO downloads today November 13th but v7.11 of the Windows ISO downloader tool is downloading the "original" 1809 ISO downloads with build 17763.1 instead of the "re-released" versions with build 17763.107. And the revised ISO 1809 downloads have new names Quote
Jan Krohn Posted November 14, 2018 Posted November 14, 2018 Thanks! I just fixed a bug in the auto discovery script for new ISOs. The downloader will update itself at the next script run in 18 minutes, and add the files to "new additions". I'll fix the dropdown in the "Windows 10" selection in the morning. Quote
