product key Word 16

Hi all,

I am sure that this has come up in the past but I have been unable to find it in the search.

I have just installed Word 16 and although it appears to be working ok,every time I open a file, it is asking for the Product Key. (i do not have the key) If I click on the corner X to get rid of the page,  I can contiue to use the program but I still get a warning. "Word hasn't been activated. To continue to use Word without interuption, activate before 29th October"

Any help please?

Sorry about the late reply. I just returned from holiday, and saw your messages in my inbox.

Without product key, Office 2016 will not continue to work.

You can get your key from any major retailer.

Newegg is one of the more trustworthy stores where you can buy one:

If you feel risky, you can go for eBay, and buy a key for under $3.00. No guarantee that it will continue to work forever though:
