Trying to open the file, it gives me an error. Even running as administrator. I get the error, I click "Windows 7" and I get the error again, then nothing loads. Here is the error:

Thanks for reporting. I'm not 100% sure where the issue happens, but just uploaded a new version.

The error message should now appear in the status bar instead. Please note that it means that (for whatever reason) a secure internet connection can't be established, so you should avoid logging into your Microsoft account.

Ok, for some reason you can't connect. What version are you using? If you are using anything that is relying on TechBench (before 3.05), then update to a newer version. By looking at the JIT log, you have at lease 8.00 and the version should not be a problem. If you still can't generate a download link, I can get one for you. Also, install all Windows updated and IE updates.
