Registry edit problem

i have problem with my registry whenever i go to start } run } and tape in regedit this happends:

I presume you're an administrator on that PC, otherwise you wouldn't ask this question, since there would be a logical answer to your question.

Do this:

Use the Group policy editor.

%windir%\system32\gpedit.msc

User Config\Admin Templates\System\Prevent Access To registry Editing Tools=

"Not Configured".

Please tell me if you're using some third party tweaking tools like TweakUI if suggested doesn't work.
