On Win8-1 DotNETFW_v4-8-0 version 8-43-149 of WindowsISODownloader insta-crashes just after run, version v8-42-148 runs fine.

Thanks for the report. It looks like I mistakenly removed support for CPUs that incompatible with 32-bit code. Bugfix is coming soon.

v8-44-0-150 works fine.

I am running it on arm32 Windows 8-1 (fully unlocked RT).

Windows ISO Downloader targetting is DotNET4x's AnyCPU, so it works without any issue.

yes.  I'm also on Nsaneforums as well since there's also a Windows/Office ISO downloader thread
