Windows 10 Pro - how to chose correct edition?

i just download latest version of windows iso downloader and i want to download iso image of Windows 10 Pro edition, but i dont know what's different between this two version?  Sorry for my bad english

It seems just a graphical bug to me.

The other editions are also doubled.

My bad, I didn't seen it was on French section, I moved it to Windows ISO Downloader section

So that's why I never received a notification that there's a new thread. 

Actually, the MS servers really have the new images twice - so I included both of them in the downloader, in case MS realizes their mistake, and remove one of the images again.
