  I come from Russia, the last year I use the download of this version of windows 7 august 2018, but I can not find a detailed description anywhere, and I do not know what exactly the benefits of this. At the same time, I like the presence of already built-in updates and the speed of the system.

  And tell me: since after installing windows 7 august 2018, I change the interface language to English, to Russian. Update Center offers many new updates again, for all the years. Do I need to install them? No need? Or, install only those in the description of which Microsoft gives such a recommendation, when changing the system language?

Я родом из России, последний год использую именно эту версию Windows 7 августа 2018 года. При этом наличие уже встроенных обновлений и скорость работы системы мне нравится.

И скажите: так как после установки windows 7 август 2018 я меняю язык интерфейса Английский язык, на Русский язык. Центр обновлений предлагает множество новых обновлений вновь, за все года. Нужно их устанавливать? Нет необходимости? Или установить только те, в описании Майкрософт дает такую рекомендацию, при смене языка системы? 

 

Объясните, пожалуйста, подробно и толково, что бы понимать мне, чем пользуюсь)

IIRC, the Windows 7 2018 iso is a poor attempt at compiling updates. I see no advantages in installing it over the original ISO. I suggest that you install the original ISO then follow it up with the Simplix pack. I typically never use windows update anymore. This pack already contains all the relevant ones and it is just one executable.

The sequence I use goes like this:
1. Download a clean Windows 7 ISO
2. Download the latest Simplix Updatepack, Directx, .Net Framework 4.8
3. Put everything you downloaded in one folder
4. Run the executable for the updatepack. (As long as the addons are in the same folder, they will be installed as well.)
5. Wait for the process to finish.
6. Finally, install the repack of Visual Runtimes from here.

Just download the latest Updatepack if you want get the latest updates and do the process again. I doubt the Directx and NF 4.8 will get anymore updates but feel free to check.
