October 4, 20213 yr I can't replicate the issue. However, I'm working on a new download tool tha no longer relies on MSIE. That's the priority project now, so unfortunately I'm not going to troubleshoot issues on the old tool, unless they're really serious.

October 8, 20213 yr Yes. I was hoping to have the new version ready for the Win 11 release, but it will take some more weeks. What you could try: Clear the MSIE cache. Set the security zones in MSIE back to default settings.
