You don't need any Dell recovery iso, you should use the latest Microsoft ISO (bonus, you will be up to date), then  install Dell command update, this program will install any needed software & drivers for your model.

Hi, I am new to the forum, I bought a dell g15 5511 with windows and i was wondering if i can download the ubuntu image anywhere?

I tried installing ubuntu on my own, and although I tried a few different nvidia drivers, I have screen flickering. Is it possible to download the ubuntu 20.04 image from dell website?
