Jan Krohn Posted April 5, 2022 Posted April 5, 2022 What's the issue with the current app? It's updated through server updates at least twice per month. The new version is still in no shape for release. 林林林 1 Quote
Phantom2022 Posted April 6, 2022 Author Posted April 6, 2022 Well: no new update after 1 year and (buggy sometimes and not loading): no section for Win 11, ARM version, new Office. Old apps are dead and still available for download, but the download link is dead, like: Microsoft Expression, etc. Also, please create a Discord server if you can. Quote
Jan Krohn Posted April 6, 2022 Posted April 6, 2022 Thanks for the feedback. All those are reasons why a new tool is needed, and the existing one won't be updated. The new downloader is supposed to be released before IE11 EOL, as the old one is likely going to cease working when MSIE gets removed from Windows systems. Phantom2022 1 Quote
Gradius Posted May 11, 2022 Posted May 11, 2022 "Starting June 15, 2022, the Internet Explorer 11 desktop application will no longer be supported on certain versions of Windows 10." Source: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle/announcements/internet-explorer-11-end-of-support So we are almost just a month from it. A new tool would be GREAT, as believe it or not, is a superb tool for end-user admins. Thanks. Quote
Jan Krohn Posted May 12, 2022 Posted May 12, 2022 I'm aware. Drowning in work right now... It's still high on the priority list. Quote
marcox24 Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 si, capisco che non è facile, ma nessuno di voi puo spiegare come funziona cambiare sistema operativo da windows 7 a windows 10? grazie a tutti Quote
Jan Krohn Posted June 7, 2022 Posted June 7, 2022 Be patient. I've made good progress. There should be an official announcement and pre-release download (alpha or beta) here soon, hopefully by the end of the month. All MS Edge based now. Victor Serrano 1 Quote

Jan Krohn Posted October 24, 2022 Posted October 24, 2022 Sorry about the delay. I'm still working through some personal issues that take a lot more time than anticipated. The half finished Edge based app is still on my to-do list of course. Maybe I can get back to development in a month or so. pi4a7a 1 Quote

Mere Posted May 27 Posted May 27 It's unfortunate, but it does seem like this wonderful application has been deprecated. For those who need the original standalone version of Office 365 the only solution seems to be eBay or an online store that sells keys. Quote
