Best Software for changing Icons.

Well, There is so many different software for this stuff.. but which is the best ?

I mean, for changing icons.... like for .txt, .vkp, .mbn, etc etc etc

Well non intrusively you can use IconPackager (but it ain't free) you can add custom icons for custom extensions like .vkp and .mbn (txt is already in there)

* change an icon of folder simple and fast pressing the right mouse button on it and selecting popup menu item "Change Folder Icons";
