A drag-and-drop based interface allows users to easily reorder,duplicate, or append frames to animated cursors. Scrat Posted November 13, 2007 Posted November 13, 2007 a very nice program !, I use this to create cursor from PNG images...and they have also made "change cursor 2.0" , you right click on the .cur and choose from the context menu on what you want to apply the cursor.Scrat Quote
