I tried to google for an answer but without luck. You can only contact their support since I'm almost sure that this problem is application related.. :confused02:

OK, Thanks. I tied to google it also but since I had no luck, I thought maybe someone has had this issue before and wasn't sure if it was the program or not.

I would suggest downloading shellexview and autoruns, disable all non-Microsoft items, reboot, and try again. The error you're getting is a simple access violation error (something, likely running inside the application or explorer.exe passed a bad pointer or returned a bad address from a call, causing the error). If that doesn't fix it, it's a problem with the app and you'll have to contact the vendor (as already noted).
