Older versions are not supported anymore.

 

If you really need an old version (but not older than 1809) they can be downloaded here I guess: https://tb.rg-adguard.net/public.php

It also gives error when trying to download Windows 11 22H2.

Doesn't matter which version I try to download, it shows the error about logging in into the account
