Posted January 19, 200817 yr Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\dllcache. ( Hidden ) look for a file named "syncapp".double click it. an icon should appear on your desktop that says "My Briefcase". Double click it. it will come up with this window that tells you how to use it.
