When making a addon, do you need to add the prefetch files (C:Windows\Prefetch)?

I'm no expert for Addons, but I wouldn't think you'd need to add the prefetch files. Windows will automatically generate prefetch files.

No, you dont add prefetch files. Just add what program installs in programs dir or other dirs like windows or system32. Windows creates prefetch files itself.
