Neat ... That is probably all it has going for it

When you say 830mb, you have 2gb ram ?

Could you please make a list of everything you have running ?

I have 3g DDR2-SDRAM PC2-5300. What do you want included in the list? The graphic programs I am using and what there running at?

Yes exactly

I am just curious, how much ram do they eat up ???

Same with any sidebar things you are running

OK, now this is with nothing running on other desktops

Object Dock 29,576

Deskspace 54,784

SIDEBAR Shows up twice

Sidebar 31,040

Sidebar 11,096

WindowFX 4,708

WinFlip 556

I have my Deskspace set on high graphics which of course uses more memory.

I have 59 items in my dock.

why do i get the feeling that im the only minimalist on wincert?

2.20 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Processor (T7500)

4 GB RAM @ 667 MHz

nVidia GeForce 8600M GT

1920x1080

200GB HDD @ 7200 RPM

BUT!

GUI enhancements running: RocketDock...and...umm...thats it :P

and even with Rocketdock (and PeerGuardian ;)) im using just over 93MB or memory at startup

dont get me wrong, the video is very impressive. i just think it would be more impressive to see something simplistic/elegant to the point that it would make a Mac fanboy say "damn, i wish i had a PC"

My next drive will be the 1T or higher :D I built the best system I could afford and it will last me for a while....

I am curious, for your Windows XP installation, I imagine you rip out a lot of components using nLite, also what do you have running for programs etc like antivirus/firewall etc. I know I am going a little off topic but how did you do that cool font in your sig ?

Actually, currently I have no, components removed. I am still working on my XPCD, hopefully, I can finish it by the end of the month. Right now I through a XPCD to get me by, I am always crashing. LMAO. Right now my system is more than I can afford, but thats what credit cards are for. LOL. I wish I had more to get more but oh well.

For security I am using NOD32, ZL (free edition), Adaware (free), AVG Anti-spyware, Spyblaster. Nothing out of the ordinary.

I have no ideal what font that is. Wolf did me a big favor and created it for me. But that font is bad ass.

Question for you, what did you pay for your Liquid Cooling system and what all does it cool? Also, is it a big difference?

Right now I have the best cooling system and it's free, bad thing is, it will only last as long as winter. LOL. I open my window and put on a sweater to cool my PC. LOL

Ok, cool I am always curious of what others run :D

I do the opposite, I keep my door shut and windows closed and my OC'ed computer keeps my room warm, probably all the hot air being pushed out of the rad lol.

I just added it all up, hopefully I did not forget anything, just looking at my receipts...

412can Dollars before taxes approx, I purchased all top end WC'ing goodies...

Is that just a CPU cooler? or does it cool other things?

Whoops I forgot to add that, I am running a CPU block and a GPU block, any more than that is not really necessary you can get a decent after market aircooler for your NB, though if you have a really hot chipset like the newerish 680i you may want.

Here are my specs for WC'ing goodies

D-Tek Fuzion CPU block

Swiftech MCW60 GPU block

Tygon 1/2ID tubing

Laing DDC pump w/ Petra'sTech Top

HW Labs GT Stealth 360 Rad

Danger Den Single bay RES 5.25

For liquid = Distilled water, Pentosin G11 - Petra'sTech PT Nuke

You live in the states, Petra'Tech is awesome :cool04:
