Erro ao tentar baixar ISO

Boa tarde,

 

Não estou mais conseguindo baixar qualquer imagem ISO, me apresenta o seguinte erro, messo usando a nova versao 8.46 ou a velha 8.44

 

eu ja estou com estas opções de TLS ativada no windows, e mesmo assim nao faz o download, agora pode ser que este meu comoputador (windows 7), não consiga realizar este download e so consiga a partir de um windows 10

Thanks for the feedback, forgive me for posting in Portuguese, but I think it's simple to use a translator,
just like we do in Brazil, to translate messages from English to Portuguese.
 My issue was resolved using windows10, the app does not download the iso, because of outdated settings in windows 7, but it works perfectly in win10. 
Thanks for the link, but I already have this microsof installer to perform the direct update in windows.
