Hi Rick, thanks for updating,in post #1 I see : "Updated Spyware Database 9/9/2012. Protected Sites & Internet Explorer Protection Enabled (by default)"

but I see this :

can you change to have all protection enabled by default, also for Firefox?

Thanks !

There is absolutely NO problem with the addon, it cannot apply Firefox default settings because the program can only apply it if you have run Firefox once and created your personaly profile/settings (and I dont know how to run the program to this via INF)

To install via cmdline place the cab in a folder called i386 and run

RUNDLL32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection <INF_FILE_NAME>

I recently found out that this SpywareBlaster is too powerful that it blocked many websites' ActiveX add-ons,

even the add-on of this WinCert forum!!!

It causes this

"An add-on for this website failed to run. Check the security settings in Internet Options for potential conflicts."

pop up very frequently in IE!!!

I am a user of this SpywareBlaster,

but I am now considering to abandon it.... :ranting:
