The pages do not open and the links do not appear, as shown in the images below. can you help me? 4hunter4 Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 I'm having the exact same problem. I did get an active link for a Dell image but nothing under windows 8, 8.1, or 10. I've used this service for years (I have also donated) and have never had a problem like this. I downloaded and installed the app twice, no difference. The Dell image was the usual expierence.
