Hello friends, I have been having problem on my Windows 10 PC. I am not able to access any programs on PC. When I try to open a app, it does not open and sometimes it takes a long time to open. I dont understand why this happens. Could anyone please suggest what could be the issue behind this?

After not getting any response, I was googling and found this article. They have provided a lot of methods to solve the issue. I followed a few of them.

First I run malware scan and troubleshoot in clean boot. Then tried to open a program (Media Player), but still the problem occurred. Then I run DISM and SFC scan and performed system restore. After doing these methods perfectly, there was no issues while opening the programs😃. Otherwise I need to uninstalled all programs one by one and then reinstalled these. Anyway, if anyone encountered this kind of issue like me, can apply the methods.
