One more user in Turkish Addon Makers Group reported same error.

Here's what i see:

Permissions fixed. When I created the new group "Turkish Addon Makers" it didn't have permission for Download Section, by default.

If you experience any more issues, please let me know.

Its going to be widely known in turkish forums, a meeting point for the unattended world in turkish
