freeheart4sale Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 trying to follow instructions to edit boot.ini to change boot screen to vista rtm but i have 3 of themboot.ini.backup, system.ini.backup, & win.ini.backup and all 3 located in C:\WINDOWS\pssinstructions say boot.ini in C:\Windows\System32 but not theredone all the searches & tips to find & that's what & where i havecurrently running the vista inspirant 2.1 pack but with the crappy xp boot screen lol!do i just create a new one & place in C:\Windows\System32 ? any help would be greatly appreciated thanks Quote

MrNxDmX Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 ın order to see and modify boot.ini file, you need to make hidden system files visible.Then, go to your os drive (i guess its the c drive) and open boot.ini file. Quote
