yeah i know,i added the other colors to user32 cause when people were having trouble with the boot problem i though it was the problem,but didint revert back once i realised that wasint the prob.infact i did this to one or 2 other resources...i think batt and an other id have to check.(cause of the unsigned battery problem in a stock windows install a popup would be seen ,and that too is still a problem after my modifications.)

but shdocvw.dll isint responsible for what we see when we dl files,its in ieframe.dll.

and i just tested making an iso with rvmi and it worked perfectly.so i dunno whats wrong with people who have trouble.

i don't have ieframe.dll on my system, running IE6 :blink:

really? well then the mystery has ben resolved, on sp3,they changed it.

now, i'm puzzled, i'm on sp3 with ie6 and no ieframe, i've nLited myself. would patching ieframe and shdocvw at the same time be an order? or should we wait on ?

anyone having ieframe.dll ? IE7 people ?

yeah right.

but i do know for a fact that sp3 has a couple of ie7 hotfixes.but i guess this is only valid if you install sp3 on a live system afterwards.

so i guess ieframe.dll comes from ie7 afterall and not sp3.

...so i guess ieframe.dll comes from ie7 afterall and not sp3.

i've installed IE7, now i do have ieframe.dll, ieframe.dll.mui too.

download avi is 544 in ieframe.dll and dialog 4352 is in ieframe.dll.mui

edit:

download dialog does not look good after fixing 4352

yeah i know its not centered,thats why i used an other avi.thing is ,we wouldint even need the dialog fix if the damn avis were in the right resolution.

most of the originals are:

272 x 60

and

304x60

and all of this is because in shell32 thers acouple of over sized avis for file deletion copy etc..here is a list of the original sizes vs. the ones from original viso for the avi's(ill only state the bigger rectangular avi's):

160=272x60/400x40

161=272x60/400x40

162=272x60/400x40

163=304x60/400x40

164=304x60/400x40

165=272x60/same

167=272x60/same

168=272x60/same

169=304x60/same

170=272x60/same

ieframe

544=272x60

alltho i do know that the avi's look better when they span the whole width of the window....(the current avi's dont use transparency like the ones m$ do)

ok try this one amnesia,its ieframe.dll.mui,i resized the section of the dialog to acomodate the whole width of the window;

seems to be a problem with the user images...id like confirmation.

these pictures dont seem to overwrite properly the ones present in the original xp source files;

airplane.bmp

ball.bmp

redflowr.bmp

skater.bmp

and seems i didnt pach all the new cpls properly.

edit; typos typos typos...well i think i fixed the user image probs...
