Posted August 25, 200816 yr I have a friend with a Acer 5520 It came with Vista 64bit and he upgraded to XP 64bit, he no only shows 3g of the 4g he has. What could be the issue? I know nothing about 64bit, so any help is appreciated. THANK YOU
August 25, 200816 yr Hmm, x64 XP should allocate whole 4 gigs, but if not you can change the way of RAM allocation by editing the boot.ini file.At the end of the line you should add /PAE switch.
