Welcome to Wincert mate, nice to meet you. To create your own log on screen you can use Stardock Logon Studio. You can download it for 100% free here

To integrate it with XP CD Setup (pre-installed) you can ask to Wincert Special Forum for Add on there or directly to thread that you told above (This Forum is for Windows Customization only - both Xp and Vista). Good luck. Cheers!

if you are done creating logon screen (must be logonui.exe) launch nlite and check the option hotfixes and update patch and then browse your created logonui.exe IT will make logonui.ex_ for u (it will replace the logonui.ex_ on i386 but i dont know if this gonna work
