Nope, none of those files need to be modded. We really aren't changing much in the operating system. The only cosmetic change that is visible to users (aside from the fact that Media Center is now present) is the fact that the System Properties box now shows Media Center Edition instead of Home Edition, and that's due to the following line:

HKLM,"SYSTEM\WPA\MediaCenter","Installed",,"1"

Rick, I just tried your new RVMI-compatible MCE addon and I'm still getting the same error from this post:

I'm sure it's still boooggy's WMP11 integrator that causes the problem. Ah well.

wmp11 addon is the solution

Yup, that fixed it!

A addon is also better because it has KB970159 and you cannot yet get this with the integrator
