[Addon] Silent Switch Finder in send to

I make this as the one in kel's Resource hacker adoon.

This will add universal silent switch finder,I grape from wpi, to your send to menu.

It helps me to create silent installation., and I hope you find it useful.

hi eliteos! just wanted to seek clarification about the post from the download link that says:

though i'm inclined to believe this is a false positive. thank you!
