Same here. It was fine before the forum upgrade.

Clear out your cookies, then log in and check Remember Me.

Did Tarun's suggestion fixed this issue?

Made my wincert cookies protected with cookie culler extension, and its all working again.

I use CCleaner to do that

EDIT: And I didnt do anything to my cookies but wincert remembers me now

Well, I'm not sure which action was responsible for that since I've upgraded the board and JIpb Script two times..
