I installed a Bitdefender Total Security 2009 and the firewall warned that Bonjour Service sends informations from my PC to the net.

Is it safe to block that service with Bitdefenders firewall, and what that service is for?

Any experience is very welcome.

Thanks for your fast reply @N1K, I already blocked the service with the Bitdefenders Firewall. I was wondering if it's safe to do that?

By the way I use Photoshop CS4 Extended and don't use Version Cue.

It seems that this service is installed with CS4 products also. IMO, you won't have any problems by blocking this service with your firewall. Now, at least you know where this service belongs to

Hmm, bonjour is installed with itunes installer too. I disable it everytime. Apple sucks...
