it should work with no problem

no new files were added or file name were changed from 3.7 until now

so it should work fine only the addon created would have the number 3.7 in it

i download and made addon winrar 3.90 and 3.91. when i install the addon winrar, default language changing to english. im using turkish winrar. what is wrong im doing.

how can this be done silently? I mean applying themes silently..

try hundred times with regfile but still no success

For Greek version it needs also wincon.lng (don't really know I think that it translates context menu items) and uninstall.lng entries worked typed as below:
