This is nice shell, but I must point on some graphical errors, they can be spotted on screenshoots in the first post. You can noticed small dash on the left side of the frame, show on picture below.

Never the less this is one of the best Vista shells.

Does the Vista start you mean is ViStart buld 2502?

If Not, can I install it together with this addon?

That is not ViStart its a vista start orb for XP and it does not start on 1st login, you have to enable it.
