Edit: I've just checked into some of this and it looks rather... weird.

A person has taken the regtweak, and modified the beginning piece of it and taken our names out and said it was by him.

The addon is kinda buggy I don't recommend it

When renaming the addon it adds a second recycle bin on the desktop... anlos the recycle bin is hidde on the desktop by default

Nice work lads, smooth. I downloaded it though, and when I click it it just opens up C:\ , not the recycle bin. When I try to open the registry call (ie {645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E} ) it does the same too..!

Any ideas anyone? As far as I'm aware, my recycle bin is actually at E:\Recycled if that's any help...

HMMM... I dunno how you could do this without messing up something... Why dot you just go into your start menu props and uncheck the option show recycle bin

downloaded the recyclermd file, rtclick, intsall, rebooted.

not workin in my vista ultimate. checkd in startmenu props>customize, the recycle bin option was checked. stil dznt appear !?

You used it on Vista. This reg tweak is for XP only right now. I haven't had the time to try and make it work for Vista, but maybe theres someone who can convert it to Vista for you.
