Legolash2o Posted February 12, 2009 Posted February 12, 2009 We all know drinking enough water is important and we should drink around 6-8pints or whatever a day. The question is how should that be spread out? For example... drink a pint every hour, every 2 hours..? Cos drinking too much water is a bad thing too.Yes i know its a random question lol Quote
