Posted January 19, 200718 yr Well, I just got a laptop with a pointing stick and a touchpad so I was wondering what other people preferred in a laptop. Whether it be a stick or a touchpad, let's hear it I prefer the stick to be honest, I find it much easier to use when out and about. Mainly because of how sensitive the pad is too moisture. This new(er) laptop that I just got has both a stick and a touchpad in it, so I can test each of them at the same time. Edited January 19, 200718 yr by prx984

January 19, 200718 yr I use a mouse when i sit at my desk, but other than that, i love the touchpad, it gives you a better "feel" of your computer
January 19, 200718 yr Author The touchpads I have on other laptops work great, but the one on this Latitude CPx works poorly. You really gotta push on it to get it to work right. Same with my keyboard on it Synaptics drivers for touchpads work great, but they don't work on my CPx because it's an Alps touchpad.

January 20, 200718 yr I prefer the nipple. You call it a stick for some reason. Me too, we call it klitac, which means (small clitoris)
