Forum index is now Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

Wolf helped me make the changes to the forum template since I have no access to those areas. I did the research on my site with the mod after I confirmed it was the Members Online Today mod that broke the validity of the forum index XHTML markup.

Valid CSS is a lot harder than getting valid xhtml.
