@mona please tell me how did you compressed the 140mb into 1mb 7z?? i dont understand ive tried to compress video with 7z and nothing just 1-2 mb less than the uncompressed, please explain how you do it!!. thanks

frist you must download this addon

by this addon audio disabled with default

so when capture complete you must use 7z format with

set commpersion level to ultra

commpersion method to lzma

dictionary size 64mb

word size 273

solid block size to solid
