making two ultimate in the same version

and ability to change the version name

so it's like adding a new version

All what you mean can be done via imageX:

imagex.exe /compress maximum /export "%yourfolder%\sources\install.wim" "edition index" "%yourfolder%\source\new_install.wim" "Your Name (Windows 7 Ultimate x86)"

The other ultimate version is normal with default features. U can use this tool to do the same thing with GUI. No need to download 1750 MB WAIK.
