Hello. I've been asking about this on several forums, but no success.

How to create such connection by script ? Screens below contain steps to create and prosperities of created connection named "Neo". But i don't want to do it every time i reinstall my OS so can someone tell me how to do is via some windows CMD or other scripts ?
