I found on MDL this update Windows6.1-KB974333, but is only CAB. I tried install it via dism, but gime error...

There are no mum files, just the sbd files

And we know its not a repack, the .cabs are digitally signed

Just extract it and look to c:\windows\apppatch, here are same name files, but larger, so I think that this update is DOWNGRADE. This files are application compatibility databases, so bigger is better and update contains smaller files.

KB974332 1.1 surpasses it , so no point splipstreaming it now
