Error Logon screen

I put password to my windows when The logon screen come .Message eror logon appear It says You must Write the name and password well While I did not write anything Please I want solution for this proplem Than the message disappear

I guess this must be the hint you have given to your OS in order to remember the password you have set.

What exactly is your error

If you could provide a screenshot it would be better
