updated the Taskmanager Replacer to version 1.3

changelog:

14 Juni 2010 v1.3

~ Added a menu bar

~ now x64 compatible

~ added save and restore ownership to the script

~ Added run sfc /scanfile (only on system32/taskmgr.exe) to restore it back to the original
