November 27, 200915 yr this reminds me of all those 'memory booster' software that companies used to come out with. i seriously can't see something like this making a significant difference.found a review http://www.gamepyre.com/reviews/games/pc/1115_1.html according to that author he got 1-5 frames better with it than without. and from this picture http://images.betanews.com/screenshots/1239033313-1.png it seems like it mainly disables some services (freeing up more ram) which i suspect is probably the cause for the slight increase in frames.
