hello Guys,

I have Windows Vista and had run windows disk defrag

it say my OS drive is too much fragmented and is not even able to defrag them,

does fragments cause problem.. what should i do..& also tell a good tool that defrags & Optimizes my hard drive..!!

to much fragmentation on the disk can cause slower performance..

try Mydefrag (formally known as jk-defrag)

(also try cleaning up temp files with eg CCleaner to make some space..)
