To view PDF web address in browser, navigate to this address in IE/Firefox/Opera/SeaMonkey/Pale Moon:

You should be able to view the pdf file within it's browser, instead of prompt to download or open with Foxit Reader.

And hence to stay problem-free with this addon, ensure no existing pdf reader is currently installed. If already have an existing one, please uninstall it first. Reboot if necessary. Then install this addon.
If you wish to use another pdf reader app, pls uninstall this one first.

well The addon work perfect.I want to remove prompt "Do you want to install Kels' UberPacK on your computer?" to use it at T-23 installation.How to do?

The message prompt comes from the directive BeginPrompt=

Text search this string and comment out the directive like this:

;BeginPrompt=

Try to ask Kels directly if in doubt. The above suggestion is just my quick guess

Updated to Foxit Reader 5.0.1.523. This is a relatively new and big package to make and I have included user_manual in pdf format. Hence overall cab filesize looks 'big'. Thanks for your interest.
