Expand -r smss.exe_

Make your changes with PE Explorer.

THEN

You MUST modifype and makecab on it afterwards.

Abrelo con Resource Tuner y andate a esta ruta:

Message Table - 1 - "Block 0x00002AF8 - 0x00002B00h" y Editar el 0x00002AF8 luego guardas y listo
